All paid admission tickets (excluding specially ticketed events) can be refunded up to 14 days prior to the show (Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 10 AM EDT).
Refunds will be made for the face value of the ticket at time of purchase, plus any applicable taxes, shipping fees and merchandise add-ons. Service charges are non-refundable. If refund requests are made after tickets have shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.
To refund your tickets please click on ‘VIEW YOUR RECEIPT AND QR CODES HERE’ found on your Order Confirmation and click 'Refund Product' beside each ticket type.
For assistance or to refund your shipping, email refunds@fanexpohq.com including the following information;
- Transaction ID (this can be found on your purchase confirmation email)
- Name of the Show your purchased tickets for
- Email address used to purchase tickets
If you placed your order 6 months or more ago, please send an email to refunds@fanexpohq.com for assistance.
Please note Specially Ticketed Events are non-refundable.
