For Merchandise that was added on to your admission purchase, visit the Pre-Purchased Merchandise counter, located in TBD, near the Official MEGACON Orlando store.
You will require an admission ticket to MEGACON Orlando to access this booth, for the day you plan to attend.
If you have a VIP or Ultimate Fan Package, you will pick up your included Merchandise from the respective VIP or Ultimate Lounge.
Note that all merchandise must be picked up in person at the event. We cannot ship merchandise, nor can we give refunds for merchandise that was not picked up, regardless of the reason.
