For any merchandise added to your admission order, you will need to pick it up at the Pre-Purchased Merchandise booth, located in the Ticketing Hall. You will require an admission ticket to MEGACON Orlando to access this booth, for the day you plan to attend.
If you have a VIP Package, you will pick up your included merchandise from the VIP lounge. If you have an Ultimate Fan Package, you will pick up your included merchandise in the Ultimate lounge.
Please note: Merch must be picked up in person at the event. We cannot ship merchandise, nor can we give refunds for merchandise that was not picked up, regardless of the reason.
