• The guarantee only works if all dates sell out within 48 hours
• If some dates are still available, please book one of those instead
How to use your guarantee
1. Contact us within 48 hours from when the item first went on sale
2. We'll send you a purchase link (may take 3-7 business days)
3. Your email must be timestamped before the 48-hour deadline
Example timeline
Let's say photo ops go on sale January 1 at 10 AM MT:
• Deadline for complete sellout: January 3 at 10 AM MT
• Your deadline to contact us: January 3 at 10 AM MT
