Your VIP Badge is expected to arrive between March 8-16, 2026. If you are not at the shipping address to receive your package, your package will be left in your mailbox.
The deadline to order VIP Passes with shipping, or to make changes to your shipping address is February 25, 2026, at 5 PM ET.
Shipping applies to admission only. Specially ticketed experience tickets are not eligible for shipping.
Merchandise associated with your VIP Package must be picked up during MEGACON Orlando 2026, in the VIP Lounge.
Please Note: This only applies to domestic VIP Badge holders within the contiguous United States. International VIP Badge holders may contact us via their VIP Concierge before February 25, 2026, at 5 PM ET, to arrange for local delivery or on-site pick up.
